SWAN LANDING:The Swan Landing project created 13 natural homesites in the woods along the Swan River just southeast of the small, picturesque town of Bigfork, Montana. There is a shared park with a tranquil path along a creek with a series of ponds inviting reflection. This winding path provides access to the Swan River for all homeowners. The design of Swan Landing placed special emphasis on privacy to ensure a serene setting for each of the homeowners.
